This includes your IP address, browser type, and time of access. In addition, we collect your email address exclusively for login purposes and account management. Training data and user profiles are generally stored locally on your device (Local Storage) or in our database for the duration of your account usage.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (OpenRouter / LLMs)

To generate negotiation scenarios and evaluations, we use external language models (e.g., provided via OpenRouter). The chat messages and scenario parameters you enter are transmitted to these external service providers. Please do not enter any sensitive personal data or confidential trade secrets in the chat inputs. The transmitted data is not used by us to train our own models, but the third-party providers are subject to their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use Local Storage and essential cookies to maintain your session, save your selected language preferences, and cache your progress locally. These are strictly necessary for the technical operation of the platform.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing of your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and independently delete your account and all associated data directly in your user profile.
