The Service is an AI-powered negotiation training platform. The Provider guarantees no constant availability, freedom from errors, or absolute accuracy of the AI-generated content.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the Service. You must provide truthful information and keep your login credentials confidential.

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You are granted a non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or internal business training purposes. You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to scrape or overload the system, or input confidential trade secrets. Furthermore, you may only input data and engage in dialogues that are strictly relevant to negotiation training. Off-topic requests (such as asking for recipes, coding help, or general chit-chat) are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account suspension.

5. AI and Generated Content

Responses are generated by AI language models. The Provider does not fully control every word. The content is for training purposes only and does not constitute professional or legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and Termination

The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or these Terms at any time.
